No, you cannot show your card at a physical till as Beerwulf is an online-only retailer. You must verify your status through their online partner portal (Gocertify) to receive a unique digital code.

Why is ID required for delivery?

Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, Beerwulf only accepts returns on appliances that are unopened and in their original packaging, unless the unit is proven to be faulty
